Material:

Therefore, not only the mold engineer must choose the material carefully, but also need to know what material should be used for the product itself, so as to avoid the effect of negligence on its aging and quality.
Now the properties of various materials at present are briefly described as follows:
1. Aluminum magnesium alloy (7075T, 2024T, 6061T)
(1) 7075T: It is used in the manufacture of vibration systems and welding heads. This material has extremely high mechanical yield strength, high hardness and strong thermal conductivity. It is an ideal ultrasonic mold manufacturing material;
(2)2024T: It is generally used in welding head manufacturing, with good toughness, strong thermal conductivity and moderate hardness, and is used for general plastic products;
(3)6061T: It is used in the manufacture of welding heads with low output, with good toughness and soft quality.
2. Titanium alloy
The machine used for continuous vibration has high toughness, good heat conduction, high hardness, and high cost.
3. Domestic hard aluminum alloy
Domestic material, used for ordinary aluminum processing, with low heat conduction, high ultrasonic mechanical loss and low cost.
